The purpose of the AGM is to:
Receive the Chair’s report
Receive and approve the Treasurer’s report and annual accounts
Elect Officers (Chair, Treasurer, Secretary)
Elect Trustees
Discuss any other relevant business
In line with our constitution, all Officer roles stand down at the AGM and nominations are invited. All current post-holders are eligible to stand again.
If you are interested in joining the Committee or becoming a Trustee, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Copies of the previous AGM minutes are available on request.
Our constitution is based on the model constitution provided by Parentkind.
